Captain Marco Ernesto Arancivia Ramos

He was born on March 23, 1971. He joined the Peruvian Naval Academy on March 1, 1988, graduating as Ensign on January 1, 1993.

He is specialist in Surface Warfare and Naval Engineering. Graduated in the following programs: Basic Intelligence, Basic Staff, Inspections of Minor Vessels, Command and Staff, Naval Teaching, and High Command. He holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Management and Leadership.

He is been on board Peruvian Navy ships like B.A.P. "Mariátegui" as Chief of the Aeronaval Support Division, Head of Electricity and Automation Division at B.A.P. "Montero", Chief of the 1st. Engineering Division at B.A.P. "Aguirre", Head of Coverage Department at B.A.P. "Lobitos", Executive Commander at B.A.P. "Supe", Head of Electricity Department at B.A.P. "Admiral Grau", Head of Engineering Department at B.A.P. "Villavisencio", Commanding officer at B.A.P. "Supe", and Executive Commander at B.A.P. "Villavisencio".

During his tenure ashore, he has served as Commander of the Naval Station of the Navy General Command, Staff Officer in the Joint Command of the Armed Forces, Chief of the Logistics Section in the Command of the First Naval Zone, Deputy Head of the Department of Sub-Personnel in the Navy Personnel Management Division, Head of the Plans Division of Planning, Projects and Doctrine Department in the Navy General Staff. In 2018, he was appointed Deputy Defense and Naval Attaché to the Embassy of Peru in Canada.
