Rear Admiral Enrique Martín Torrico Infantas

He was born on March 22, 1966. He entered the Navy on March 1, 1983, graduating on January 1, 1988 as Alférez de Fragata.

It is qualified in Rescue and Control of Failures. He has followed important courses such as the Basic Staff Course and the Command and General Staff Resident. He has completed the Diploma in Strategic Intelligence and has a Master's Degree in National Defense.

During his service on board, he has served as Chief of the Second Division of Logistics, Supply and Services of BAP Villavisencio, Second Commander of BAP Ríos, BAP Unanue, and Commander of BAP Unanue.

Among the most outstanding positions he has held as Second Commander of the Salvage Group, Head of the Construction Department at the San Lorenzo Naval Station, Head of the Logistics Office at the Navy Rescue Service, Head of the Navy Qualification School Navy Rescue Service, Chief of the 4th Section of the General Staff of the Command of Special Operations, Head of the Recreation Department of the Navy Welfare Directorate.

He came to perform as Naval Attaché of the Aggregation in Bolivia and Paraguay, and in the Maritime Interests Directorate of the Navy.

In 2015, the government granted him the promotion to the rank of Rear Admiral and was named Commander of the Special Operations Force.

In 2018, he assumes the position of Director of Property Management and Land Infrastructure.
