Cesar Alejandro Cueva Mansilla

He was born on May 24, 1960. He joined the Navy on June 1, 1977,  graduating  as Petty Officer Third Class on October 1, 1979. He is specialist in Electricity from the Naval Enlisted Academy - CITEN. He holds the Submariner qualification. He has followed courses in Naval Safety, Advanced Electricity, Rewinding of Three-Phase Electric Motors, Parchado Shoring and Pipe Tapping, Basic Telephony, Basic Swimming, Integral Administration and Supervisors Management, and Training of Naval Instructors. He has a Diploma in Management of Industrial Safety and Health in Companies.

He is been on board Peruvian Navy ships like B.A.P. "Iquique-Merlin", B.A.P. "Dos de Mayo", and Patrol Boat "Rio Ramis".

He served in the Command of the Submarine Force, Port Captaincy of Puno, Lacustrine Coastguard Captaincy of Puno, Technical Training Center and Naval Training, Naval Enlisted Academy - CITEN, Directorate General of Naval Education, Secretary of the Navy General Command.

In 2018, he assumes the position of Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy.
